Most coffee subscriptions pull from pre-roasted stock sitting in a warehouse. By the time it reaches you, the peak of what it could taste like is already gone.
Koffee Klub is different. Your order is the trigger. The moment your subscription runs, we roast that coffee — for you, that day. You receive it at the start of its freshness window, not the end of it.
Coffee peaks between 7 and 21 days after roasting. Koffee Klub members are always in that window.

Common questions
Why does it matter when the coffee was roasted?
Coffee is at its best in the 7–21 days after roasting. During that window the CO₂ from the roast is slowly releasing, the oils are most expressive, and the flavour is at its most complex. After that window it's still drinkable — but it's slowly going flat. Most coffee from subscriptions and shelves is already past it by the time it arrives. Yours isn't.
What does "your order triggers the roast" mean?
It means we don't pre-roast stock and fill orders from a shelf. When your subscription date comes around, we roast that batch — for your order. It's the difference between made-to-order and off-the-shelf.
Can I try different coffees each delivery?
Yes. Change your selection before each delivery. Dark roast one month, Ethiopian natural the next. Your plan stays — the coffee is up to you.
