Return & Refund Policy – Ufukoffee

At Ufukoffee, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and tea to every customer. Because our products are perishable food items, we are limited in the types of returns we can accept. Please review our policy below:


Freshness Guarantee

All of our coffee and tea are roasted, blended, or packed fresh to order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Perishable items (coffee & tea): For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bags, brewed coffee, or used tea.

  • Unopened packages: If you need to return or exchange unopened products, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the packaging is intact.

  • Merchandise & equipment (mugs, brewers, apparel, etc.): These items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  1. If you receive the wrong product.

  2. If your order arrives damaged.

  3. If you receive a product that is defective.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is approved. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–7 business days to reflect.


How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

  • A brief explanation of the issue
