Most decafs taste like they've had the soul removed — this one didn't get that memo. It's a smooth, chocolatey Peru that holds up well after 6pm when you still want a proper coffee without staring at the ceiling until 2am. If decaf has let you down before, this is the one to try.

In the cup: Nothing here tastes stripped or compensated for — no roasted-over bitterness, no flat sweetness added to cover a gap. What you actually get is dark chocolate up front, hazelnut in the middle, and a clean brown sugar finish that fades without dragging. It drinks like a coffee that has nothing to apologise for.
Best for: Evening coffee drinkers, people who are sensitive to caffeine but refuse to give up flavour, and anyone who wants a second cup after dinner without consequences.
Brew tip: This one shines as a French press or pour-over — medium-coarse grind, slightly hotter water (around 95°C) works well since there's no bitterness to over-extract. Don't rush the bloom.
