Cultivated at 1100–1700 meters in fertile clay mineral soils, this coffee is crafted from traditional varieties including Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor. The high-altitude environment and nutrient-rich soils bring out a lively acidity and layered sweetness in every cup.
