Cold brew is where this bean was always meant to end up. It's smooth without being boring — dark chocolate up front, a little caramel in the middle, and a clean finish that doesn't linger too long. If you hate bitter coffee but still want something with weight to it, this is your bag.

In the cup: Heavy and smooth — closer to cream than water, with a weight that sits in your mouth before you even register the flavour. Dark chocolate comes through first, then brown sugar, then a quiet vanilla that fades clean with no bitterness chasing it. Good for people who've been burned by thin, sour iced coffee.
Best for: People who've been burned by bitter iced coffee before. Great for black coffee drinkers who want something smooth over ice, or anyone who does the milk-and-one-sugar thing and wants the coffee to actually taste like something underneath it.
Brew tip: Grind coarse — coarser than you think — and use a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio. Let it steep in the fridge for 18 to 24 hours. Any finer and you'll pull bitterness out that this bean just doesn't need to give you.
